meets my expectations

Buongiorno. articolo acquistato qualitativamente ottimo, il marchio di per sé è già una garanzia a prescindere. Mediamente soddisfatto sul prezzo dell' articolo acquistato che inizialmente era conveniente ma al momento del pagamento è aumentato rispetto alla cifra del carrello. Spese di spedizione inizialmente gratuite poi rivelatesi onerose spiegate in qualche termine di vendita poco evidente (comunque alte rispetto alla concorrenza sempre estera) . Tempi di consegna poco rispondenti alle promesse, dovuto forse alla scelta dello spedizioniere locale (poste) utilizzato, ma soprattutto ad un errore di gestione passaggio consegna da spedizioniere d'oltralpe a corriere sul territorio italiano dell'ultimo tratto.
Giudizio globale dunque medio. A mio modesto parere c è margine di miglioramento per le vendite verso altri paesi. Cordiali Saluti.

Very satisfied with the package received. I would have given it 5 stars if the order tracking had been better. After I placed my order, 1 week went by without me knowing what had happened to it. Apart from that, nothing to say. Cdt

Always satisfied with the quality and availability of the products on offer. I'm taking off one star because one pair of shorts was not packaged.

Good, but the dotted lines on the cardboard box to make it easier to open are a bad idea, as the box I received was open at this point. Fortunately, the contents had not disappeared. There was no adhesive on this side of the box, which was very good for fast shipping and receiving. Thanks to the Cycles & Sports team.

No worries with the site and the deadlines! Choice, prices with special offers too... In my last order, I got the wrong size and the second item is too big.

Very good site for cyclists, my order arrived very quickly at home. I live in Guyana so I was wonderfully surprised to receive it so easily.

Difficult to navigate on the site, a bit messy. On the other hand, the supplier respected his commitment, delivery before Christmas,... and that's a nice quality.

Clear and well-constructed site, serious company, quick turnaround, but I have a doubt about the calculation of the percentage of Christmas discounts, or else I've misunderstood. On the other hand, when an item is no longer available, another item is offered by telephone, but as the invoice is automatic, it cannot be updated, but fortunately the direct debit is modified. I think the site needs updating

A serious brand, but it would be a good idea to distinguish between a product in stock at the shop and one available at the warehouse (which in the second case has the effect of delaying delivery by a few days).
