Item not available even though I really wanted it
Delay far too long. Even if no one is available on the phone, the delay has unfortunately been well exceeded...

Not the right reference delivered but never mind, no time to exchange
At the time of my order, the item was in stock and available. Just before delivery, I was told that the item was no longer available!! Not very serious.

Hello, I am very satisfied with the product purchased but not with the order processing. I ordered 2 shorts but only received one due to a stock error. I would have liked the order to be fulfilled by receiving 2 shorts and not just one. Even if the model had been somewhat different while still being equivalent. I didn't want to leave a review, but since I'm invited to... I ordered a pair of shorts and a pair of shoe covers on February 17th. After placing my order, I was informed that the shorts were out of stock, so I quickly responded (within an hour) to get my order processed quickly. On Thursday the 20th, I was informed that the package would be shipped at the beginning of the following week. On Friday the 28th (not really the beginning of the week...), I reached out again to find out where my order was... it would be shipped on March 3rd. Delays are fine, but being told that it would ship at the beginning of the week and then it only ships a week later is not very serious... They will need to regain my trust for me to order again from Cycles and Sports.

Problem with the choice of product color, given on the order as being in stock on the site when in fact it is no longer in stock.
Long delay (too long) to send the parcel (more than 8 days).
Responsive after-sales service BUT a product purchased/paid for is finally out of stock and shipping costs are excessive.
The items I received are very good however I did not receive 3 items which is very disappointing knowing that it was for a gift.
Necessary update of the products on the website . Obliged to send an email to follow up the order because not informed of the stock shortage . Fairly reactive after-sales service.

My 1st order was delayed by 10 days even though the products were advertised as being in stock. 2nd order placed this week on Monday morning: Friday morning still no news of dispatch, reminder e-mail still unanswered. I still don't know when I'll receive my equipment. Not a professional, I don't think I'll be ordering from Cyles et Sports again.

Hi, The goods arrived in pristine condition, but was a bit disappointed as one of the item was not shipped despite me waiting for the back-order. Staff at Cycles et Sports are humbled but do lack communication etiquette. They need to improve on it.
More than 3 weeks before receiving my order. This was due to Assos overshoes not being in stock, even though they were in stock on the website... Replaced by another Assos model that I had requested in size 43-44 and received in size 41-42... fortunately they fit. Dissatisfied with this order.

The order was not processed for 20 days, then I sent an e-mail which went unanswered. I called 2 days later and a friendly employee told me that the person in charge of these things was telecommuting. He seemed surprised that I hadn't received any reply, but the situation was resolved a few days later without me receiving a reply to the e-mail. The parcel arrived a little damaged but the items were in good condition. I'm saying all this not because I'm unhappy but to help you, I hope, with these internal problems.

Poor communication on delivery times, I had to be the one to call back to check on the status of the order. Communication is an essential point for me when buying online. 20 days between order and dispatch with no news is not a standard feature of online commercial sites. Otherwise contents delivered as ordered.
My first order was ok and fast but the second one took longer (ok, there were the May bank holidays) and I had an objective in my order with no response even though I had contacted the people via chat.
For my first order, I can't express myself on your site. Furthermore, my rating for my order is mediocre because having ordered 3 items and only receiving one (while I was impatiently waiting for this one) is difficult to understand, especially since I'm 8000 kms away and paying customs taxes. After complaining, I hope to see my complaints come to fruition.
I placed my order on Monday 15/04 and it was validated. After a few days without progress, I contacted the site. I was told that although the gloves were "in stock", they were not physically present and had to be "repatriated" before shipping. I was assured that they would be dispatched on Monday 22/04. On the 23rd, as there had been no change, I contacted the site again and was told they would be dispatched on Friday 26th, which they did, with receipt on Monday 29/04. 15 days to receive an order, when shipping costs 4.91 eur, is really too long!
