Disappointed twice. First time I paid and then I was told it was unavailable and offered a much more expensive item, for me this is forced selling. Second order, protective frame tape sent in a simple bag, Result tape arrived crushed and marked so difficult to apply and a disappointing result. And they don't even apologize after reporting the problem.

Contradictory delivery error; despite email exchanges where everything seemed settled, I did not receive the expected jersey and therefore had to make a return. Waste of time and not very serious....

Very good, fast, very well packaged product, perfect.
Item ordered not available. After modification of the order and payment of the difference: article received not in conformity with the order. Service and after-sales on the other hand very reactive with communication by e-mail. All in all, a lack of professionalism in stock management and order dispatch.
Delays far too long. On the plus side... I was warned but a few weeks later I tried to contact you several times... No answer.

I have four accounts on this website and spent 14000 euros. When it comes to promotions, the prices are really competitive. This is objective reality. But this website seems very outdated, unlike websites from the 21st century. I often buy things without a tracking number. I don't even know if my things have been sent out or not. I bought some things in December 2023, but when I received them, missing 2 helmets and 1 saddle. The website didn't say anything.They informed me that the helmet was out of stock and gave me a refund until I contacted them proactively. I don't know whether they will pretend everything is normal if I don't contact them, It's been a month now, and the saddle they owe me hasn't been resolved yet
Wrong size sent ...
Fox racing hat too small, it doesn't say it's a child's hat. Photos non contractual. I kept it for my 9 month old son and it fits him perfectly, that's how big the hat is! I ordered it for myself. I will not order from Cycle et Sport again.

Stock not up to date, I placed an order with all items in stock but there was one that was out of stock (I knew it more than 2 weeks after the order) I was told early August for delivery but I had to restart several times because I had still received nothing. In mid-August I was told "I'll have to look into it with the supplier and get back to you. 15 days later I had to call again because there was no lead time and another week later I had to make a Paypal claim and then, as luck would have it, 1 or 2 hours later I had a reply... So the after-sales service is really not very responsive or even less than very unresponsive (as some of the comments have already said).
I suppose you want to know why I didn't give you any stars, simply because the delivery time was too long and completely wrong. The address was very precise with the door code, floor, door number, building number etc. .... ) In addition, we chose delivery by chronopost, but in the end, not only did we have to wait for the delivery day set by the agent, who never showed up, only to receive a colissimo notice and have to go to the post office to pick up the parcel. so the service sucked.
Enormous error to indicate a product in stock when it is not the case. I paid a colissimo and spent useless time on the phone for a part ordered on August 3rd and which arrived on August 13th when I had indicated that I would no longer be at this address from the 12th! The end result: I won't be able to pick up this product until mid-September...
Shipping too expensive
I ordered a bicycle basket for a dog, firstly late delivery I had to send an email, and secondly the basket arrived damaged inside (wicker basket), I sent an email again, reply we will contact you for exchange or refund, I'm still waiting for a reply, in short I keep the basket but I will not order again, sorry!

A disaster! No seriousness Late delivery and then an error on the article.explanations they reversed the labels.... I end up with another customer's shoes and vice versa. 2 weeks and nothing and zero commercial friendliness on the phone. I have to return the parcel and I'll be reimbursed ... because the reverse is not possible due to customers claiming to be profiteers, they prefer to avoid non-returns. I ordered the Scott Boa Lady 2022 model, on 27/08/2022, I received an email from Patricia from cycles et sport customer service telling me that this model was no longer available, and she offered me the 2021 model for 12.01€ less, which I accepted. to date, I have not received a refund for this difference and my invoice has not been rectified, it is the 2022 model whereas I received the 2021 model. waiting for a return
On the Cycles et sports website, the technical data sheet mentions a patented clip-on visor, which was not included in the parcel. The day I received it, I e-mailed the store. 7 days later, no reply. It's common courtesy to send a reply to your customers. First and last time I order on this site.
I'm very unhappy, what shorts I ordered that were on the photo on the site and that say to be official and original ..... this is not the case !!!! not in design and even less in quality!!! what I received is a simple lycra of poor quality, I have already sent an email to complain and they say that the photos on the site are not contractual .... as I believe that the original athletes would never be so mediocre .... the image must be correct and not fake and of mediocre quality, the price was 72.00€ and said original .... it was not what I expected, I feel cheated !!!

After opening the parcel post, I noticed that the Speedplay box containing the pedals was not sealed. As the pedals were impeccable, I was not suspicious. A few days later, I noticed that I couldn't adjust the small screws on the shims that set the angular freedom. Had the original shims been replaced, before a store return, mystery? All I had to do was order a new set of shims, a loss of 49.49 euros.
