After opening the parcel post, I noticed that the Speedplay box containing the pedals was not sealed. As the pedals were impeccable, I was not suspicious. A few days later, I noticed that I couldn't adjust the small screws on the shims that set the angular freedom. Had the original shims been replaced, before a store return, mystery? All I had to do was order a new set of shims, a loss of 49.49 euros.
Long delay. error on delivery and little follow-up of the problem (obliged to re-launch 2 times), at present, still not reimbursed!
Still waiting for the gloves
I sent an email to complain but never got a reply: product sent without packaging!
Delivery time not respected. Reminder sent to ensure package left. Unacceptable
Out of 10 items ordered, I only received 7. I was reimbursed but no commercial gesture was made. It's a shame and disappointing that they don't try to make up for their incompetence.
Not too keen on having to pay 60 fr for recomended parcels
