My order was forgotten for 3 weeks until I called and all I got back was "ça été oublié". Not very commercial.

I received a size S when the order was for a size L. I had to send the item back at my own expense even though it was a Cycles et Sport error.

Nothing to say about the speed of shipment, which is very fast. Nothing to say about the quality of the product ordered, but unfortunately the description is wrong, so I have to pay 6€70 in return shipping costs because of a description that does not fully correspond to the product.
All ok, except for excessive delivery costs and the shame of not offering a prepaid label service for the return shipping costs. 10€ each way and 15€ to send back due to an order error (on my part).
Too many missing items that they don't mention when ordering, so the order is delayed while they restock. Regular delivery errors twice already. Otherwise they have the brand I like and that's why I continue to order, but maybe not for much longer. And no commercial gestures, which is a shame considering their errors and the large amounts I leave them.
The products were received on time and in good condition, so very good from a logistical point of view. The price of the helmet seemed interesting, but when I received it, I discovered that its manufacturing date was 2021 for an order placed in mid-2023... For a product that should be changed after 5 years, this information should be mentioned on the website at the time of purchase, so that I can make an informed purchase, since it's already halfway through its life before I've even put it on my head. Let's hope that its storage over the last 2 years has been favorable to its good "conservation"
Sizes not in line with sites
Stock status not kept up to date, some items are marked in stock when they are no longer in stock or, for new items, are marked in stock when they have not yet arrived, plus payment is cashed directly before the item has even been sent, whereas on other sites payment is cashed when the item is sent, and so in my case, where the order was not complete, I had to wait 2 weeks between the day I placed the order and the day it was dispatched to get a partial refund (item missing), and after 3 calls to find out the status of my order (the 2nd new item in stock had not yet arrived after more than a week's delay).I should have received my order in 48/72 hours (since the items were in stock...), but I only received a partial refund in 2 weeks and because I called them several times...so no, I don't recommend cycles et sports.
Customer service not customer-oriented, I won't be ordering from them again.
There's nothing special about the site other than the advantage of having the item I wanted at a reasonable price.
Ordered 2 cans of different brands in stock. I was informed by e-mail that one of the cans was not in stock. I had ordered on the site because the two cans were in stock, despite being much more expensive than elsewhere. Wrong stock, and no offer of a commercial gesture to apologize for their mistake.
I think it would be better to group products by brand.
Delivery in a relay point which refuses the reception !!!
Lack of information on customs duties. Some sites tell you before you buy. It cost me $100 CDN for shipping and customs. Not a bargain after all.
Haphazard article classification

I rated it medium because it's not excellent and not very bad, although I'm not happy. I didn't have time to go to my bike shop, so I ordered online to save time. Order quickly delivered but product not as described. The valve barely protrudes above the rim. I contacted the site by phone and was quickly taken to the workshop. The technician recognized that there was a problem after receiving a photo of the valve. Since then, despite a reminder and the filing of a dispute with Paypal, no sign of life, that's the very bad part. All I want is for them to send me the right valves and not charge me for the return or refund me.
I can't put more than average since they didn't send me the right energy bars. Too bad because it's a good site.
Buongiorno. articolo acquistato qualitativamente ottimo, il marchio di per sé è già una garanzia a prescindere. Mediamente soddisfatto sul prezzo dell' articolo acquistato che inizialmente era conveniente ma al momento del pagamento è aumentato rispetto alla cifra del carrello. Spese di spedizione inizialmente gratuite poi rivelatesi onerose spiegate in qualche termine di vendita poco evidente (comunque alte rispetto alla concorrenza sempre estera) . Tempi di consegna poco rispondenti alle promesse, dovuto forse alla scelta dello spedizioniere locale (poste) utilizzato, ma soprattutto ad un errore di gestione passaggio consegna da spedizioniere d'oltralpe a corriere sul territorio italiano dell'ultimo tratto. Giudizio globale dunque medio. A mio modesto parere c è margine di miglioramento per le vendite verso altri paesi. Cordiali Saluti.

I can't understand how a pair of gobik shorts costing 160 euros can be delivered without an original bag, folded and compressed into a small box with the other products ordered.
The site offers items that are supposedly in stock but that they don't have...total disappointment!
