Choice and beautiful equipment, but stock not always up to date (item shown as available when no longer in stock). Purchase debited on day of sale, but parcel dispatched 10 days later.

Delivery time too long, over 1 week

I was warned that the shipment would be a little later than expected. I received it in a more than acceptable time. The parcel was very well packed and in excellent condition. We went to the store because the shoes were too big. The welcome was excellent, the saleswoman was very professional.

Stock not up to date, I placed an order with all items in stock but there was one that was out of stock (I knew it more than 2 weeks after the order) I was told early August for delivery but I had to restart several times because I had still received nothing. In mid-August I was told "I'll have to look into it with the supplier and get back to you. 15 days later I had to call again because there was no lead time and another week later I had to make a Paypal claim and then, as luck would have it, 1 or 2 hours later I had a reply... So the after-sales service is really not very responsive or even less than very unresponsive (as some of the comments have already said).
