I think the site needs updating
I can't understand how a pair of gobik shorts costing 160 euros can be delivered without an original bag, folded and compressed into a small box with the other products ordered.
A disaster! No seriousness Late delivery and then an error on the article.explanations they reversed the labels.... I end up with another customer's shoes and vice versa. 2 weeks and nothing and zero commercial friendliness on the phone. I have to return the parcel and I'll be reimbursed ... because the reverse is not possible due to customers claiming to be profiteers, they prefer to avoid non-returns. So we pay and it's up to us to prove our good faith. In short, if you're not in a hurry and aren't looking for a specific pair and especially a specific size, order with your eyes closed.
A serious brand, but it would be a good idea to distinguish between a product in stock at the shop and one available at the warehouse (which in the second case has the effect of delaying delivery by a few days).
