Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied so far. I took out a warranty and have not received my money back. I was given the wrong address to send the device back to. I have now been trying to get my money back for several months and am constantly being asked to explain the facts. The matter is now being handled by my lawyer. What a pity... Phone has deep marks, fell to the ground several times. Ruined frame. I can understand that "good" quality includes signs of wear and tear, but not dropped on the ground like that. For over 730 euros I imagined "good " meant "good," not like that. The battery is not great. For at the amount I paid I was hoping for something more. Good referring to 100 euros can be all right, but good referring to 730 must be good indeed.
