Condition does not match the delivered order. Customer service is quite chaotic and complicated. Better to buy elsewhere.
Product broke after 2 months. Customer service does not respond or is very slow. After a week of back and forth emailing, still no solution.

Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied so far. I took out a warranty and have not received my money back. I was given the wrong address to send the device back to. I have now been trying to get my money back for several months and am constantly being asked to explain the facts. The matter is now being handled by my lawyer. What a pity... Not recommended so far... Maybe my opinion will change, we'll see...
