The Yanmar equipment I ordered from you based on your exploded diagrams does not match my Yanmar pump that is on my boat. When I went to Yanmar in Port Camargue, they confirmed that my equipment was completely standard. You are asking me to return the equipment on the condition that it has not been unpacked, otherwise the return will be at my expense. I made 2 orders. The first one was a mistake and at that same moment I wrote an email to DAM Marine customer service to try to cancel the order. I sent 2 emails before the order was shipped. I forwarded the first email to show them the date and time and where I sent it from to prove that it was not like that. And I have not received a response. Now I have to return the first order and bear the shipping costs. Which is what I wanted to avoid.
