The Yanmar equipment I ordered from you based on your exploded diagrams does not match my Yanmar pump that is on my boat. When I went to Yanmar in Port Camargue, they confirmed that my equipment was completely standard. You are asking me to return the equipment on the condition that it has not been unpacked, otherwise the return will be at my expense. I want to make the return
I made 2 orders. The first one was a mistake and at that same moment I wrote an email to DAM Marine customer service to try to cancel the order. I sent 2 emails before the order was shipped. But they did not respond and sent both orders. When they were shipped, I contacted them again and they replied that I sent the email after the order had shipped when that was not the case. I forwarded the first email to show them the date and time and where I sent it from to prove that it was not like that. And I have not received a response. Now I have to return the first order and bear the shipping costs. Which is what I wanted to avoid. At the same time, they sent me the invoice for the second product and it did not declare the shipping. You took advantage of the first payment of the first order to send both orders. I am very, very unhappy. Any other company cares about the customer and tries to help them, and I see that you do not. And that displeases me a lot. For now, my opinion is very low.

5 days late for a supposedly 24-hour delivery, most of the items bent/damaged, and very poor quality for the rest. Very pleasant customer service, but apart from excuses, still nothing concrete. Avoid

However, the big problem is with parcel management at the Poissy sorting center, apparently the temporary workers there are having problems and this is putting all deliveries at risk. I've contacted the post office's customer service department and they've asked for my parcel to be dropped off at a post office, which I hope they'll find, otherwise my vacations will be compromised. That's why I've warned you to find another, safer delivery method.
