This message is to report a bad experience regarding the delivery to the pickup point: your site does not announce the time when the package will wait at the pickup point. I found myself in a situation where the package arrived earlier than expected at the pickup point and only stayed there for 4 working days. It was impossible by phone to try to extend the time before being returned to DAM marine. It was complicated to organize the pickup within the allotted time while another nearby pickup point would have avoided all these hassles. This is a small improvement that should be considered for a better customer experience.

You placed an order on 26/06 with COLISSIMO. It is clearly stated in the delivery times displayed during your order that Colissimo estimates a delivery delay of between 2 and 3 days.

The only carrier that allows delivery in 24 hours is CHRONOPOST, which costs a bit more but must be selected by you directly.

One day late for the receipt of the package while I had paid for express shipping.
Some items were missing from the order while they were available in the quote that was communicated to me! It's a shame I didn't receive an email to inform me of this because I was stuck and could have managed otherwise if I had known in time! Otherwise, everything else was impeccable!!
Excessive price, but good quality parts.
I placed an express order by phone to confirm the reference and was told that the engine serial number was not needed. I received the part on time, but it was not the correct model. I don't understand the person I spoke to on the phone who confirmed it without having the serial number.

I placed an order by phone with a technician who confirmed that my order would be complete, but he forgot some important seals that had to be urgently sourced from Volvo.
Very well-made site and good responsiveness from the sales service. Parts delivered quickly and well packaged. The only downside is that the contact person was not very friendly when I requested information by phone.

The website is very complete but when processing the order, my picking point was changed internally at some point so I had to call directly to correct it. When I asked for a change to the correct pickup point the person on the phone sent for another agency and the picking point refused the pickup. I had to call UPS to try to get the package back and I have to pick it up today at an ups point several days late.
For the second time, a Mercury part number corresponds to a part that doesn't fit the little 2.5hp for which it was ordered.the first time, my "DAM" contact, after asking me for a photo, agreed that the part didn't fit and offered to send me a suitable part.the second time, another contact advised me to have a part machined if the one he had sent me didn't fit!!! Decrease in professionalism at DAM?
I am very dissatisfied with DAM marine for a very specific reason: I bought a "low pressure high pressure pump" and a "diaphragm fuel pump" for 769.93 euros. After fitting the fuel pump, I realized that it wasn't working. So I called in a marine repairer, who found that the new fuel pump was faulty, and invoiced me for it. I got in touch with the DAM marine warehouse staff, who suggested that I send it back. After returning the part, they informed me that the warranty would not work because I had apparently "disassembled the pump", which is absolutely not the case. It's now my word against theirs, so I can sit on the warranty. It's not very commercial now that DAM marine is finished for me.

I consulted Dam Marine for a recurring problem since 2 years for a trim sensor problem on a boat brand Fours winns.after study they advised me a trim sensor brand Recmar ref 3863007.in the end they did not do better than the predecessors.I bought 3 trim sensors in 3 years from various dealers who have all sold me Recmar.on arrival I have just solved the problem with original part Volvo penta. So in the future, no more Recmar.
The hose kit does NOT include the cerflexes that are shown in the kit image on your website ...

Parts order for an old yamaha 2 stroke 115hp v4 mill. Fuel filter and bowl, decanter bowl and filters in particular. While the latter was fine, the former didn't hold up even though it was sold as a yamaha equivalent part. As a result, the screw thread on the bowl didn't hold, even though it had been tightened by hand to reduce a slight leak... Several pump strokes on the bulb and the bowl was ejected under pressure... Screw thread screwed up... OUT OF ORDER. Conclusion: poor quality materials. As a result, you never know when you're ordering a part if you've got a Yamaha or similar standard... I'd like things to be written more clearly and for us to know what we're buying.

In the end I had to buy the original Yamaha part, which works correctly and was fitted by the same mechanic. The part you sold me does not work, it heats up to the point of burning on an unloaded cylinder (without the weight of the engine) and makes the noise of a lawnmower.I complete my opinion and the note following the action of the sales department which effectively took into account my request and proceeded to refund my purchase.I correct with 3 stars because satisfied with the second part of the relationship with the sales department but dissatisfied with the quality of the part purchased.
Contrary to what I've been told, the lip seal springs are not made of stainless steel, so I bought the "spi" seals elsewhere. The axle is a little too machined. Complete kit. Delivery on time.
