If you could use another relay point than RBI informatique where you send me the orders is closed from friday evening to tuesday morning. so to pick up the parcels it's complicated and i lose 4 days.

Hello, we use colissimo's partner relay points, we don't choose the relay points one by one.moreover, it's you who selects the relay point, you can change as you wish and the opening hours are displayed when you select the relay point. For example, 400 meters from RBI Informatique you can choose "LA POSTE CARREPRO ST PERAY", which is open from Monday to Saturday, so we are not responsible for the opening hours of the relay point you choose.

Super reactive store that listens to customers, very quick response by e-mail. No problems with the DAM site, on the contrary, great store that I recommend. Big downside on Chronopost transport to Reunion, 60 delivery then home delivery 48 taxes ... Next order I will have it delivered to a family in France who will send it back to me by Colissimo. Hello,I give you two stars because I was very satisfied with the telephone contact and the technical advice, as well as the speed of shipment, but 0 stars concerning the quality of the part received. The water exchanger gasket for the aq151 was cut during assembly, so it leaked. I had to reassemble the part and put the old gasket back on, hoping that it would hold....
