The website is very complete but when processing the order, my picking point was changed internally at some point so I had to call directly to correct it. When I asked for a change to the correct pickup point the person on the phone sent for another agency and the picking point refused the pickup. I had to call UPS to try to get the package back and I have to pick it up today at an ups point several days late.

While sailing in Portugal our raw water pump broke down. We ordered the parts on Saturday and received them on Thursday. Some issues with the courier (out of control of DAM) were resolved very quickly. Great service and reliable.

Too bad .for the deplorable delivery .pay 88 euros for delivery and have to travel 30 km to pick it up. Disgraceful .change delivery man. Otherwise, the DAM MARINE staff are VERY PROFESSIONAL.
