I am very offended by the treatment of this French company and I feel cheated because I ask them a fuel cooler for a Volvo Penta D4 260 hp and it turns out that after receiving it does not fit me and 4 days later I return it paying me the postage q are 90 from Spain. I buy again after payment another oil cooler which is noted that it has been stored for a long time (it comes with rust stains on the casing) and it costs me about 1000. And what is my surprise when DAM MARINE answers me saying that they will not refund me the money of the first cooler that I have returned saying that this had been manipulated being this a real lie since the product was taken out of the box and to see that it was not the original was reintroduced and packaged carefully to return it to their facilities.now they tell me that I have 15 days to go through their facilities in France to pick it up living in Spain or that I pay again the postage for them to resend it to me. If they do not give me a fair solution I will put it in the hands of my lawyer and the consumer protection office and I will report it on all social networks. I am very careful with DAN MARINE! The answer to this comment is not real. The cooler was spotless with no scratches or cracks or anything. No tampering, but how easy it is after having charged you for it not to return the money... and say q anything to avoid it. End of my plea!!!...I already know where I will not buy a replacement for my boat.
