Everything was perfect except for the Colissimo service. Package announced on Thursday the 10th between 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM at the latest. Being present at my home until 2:30 PM, I received nothing. At 6 PM, I found a delivery notice indicating a new presentation of the package for the next day, July 11th. I stayed waiting all day with my mailbox in sight. At 5 PM, I received a message informing me that the package could not be delivered due to the absence of the recipient. I had to pick it up the next day, Saturday, between 9 AM and 1:30 PM. I went at 9:30 AM and the package was not there. New visit at 12 PM and finally I was able to pick up the package. Bravo Colissimo.
