This message is to report a bad experience regarding the delivery to the pickup point: your site does not announce the time when the package will wait at the pickup point. I found myself in a situation where the package arrived earlier than expected at the pickup point and only stayed there for 4 working days. It was impossible by phone to try to extend the time before being returned to DAM marine. It was complicated to organize the pickup within the allotted time while another nearby pickup point would have avoided all these hassles. This is a small improvement that should be considered for a better customer experience.

Hello, we are sorry to hear about this unfortunate incident. The pickup point is chosen by the customer, then it is Colissimo or Chronopost that manage it along with the pickup point. Normally, the pickup points are supposed to keep your package for about 2 weeks according to the carriers' terms of use. Unfortunately, the situation is beyond our control; we no longer have any influence once the package has been correctly delivered to the pickup point you selected. But if another problem like this occurs, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can get in touch with the carrier.
