Hello Very satisfied with the parts received in good condition and very fast despite poor packaging.

My order was missing a gasket, but you were extremely responsive. Well done. The site is perfect and there are lots of fast delivery options. The idea of being able to order before 5pm and have it delivered in France by 1pm the next day is quite incredible. (Too bad you can't deliver outside France). I'm in Argentina and to give a comparison, here there's only one company that re-sells Yanmar to private individuals. I wrote several emails with my request (just a few joints), no reply. Called, same thing. I went to their office in Buenos Aires, where they told me that there had been a suspicious case of a covid symptom, so they'd stopped the whole spare parts department. And the computer's broken. Call back on Monday. On Monday, the employees couldn't do their pcr test and didn't come back. And the company that was supposed to come and repair the computer didn't show up. In principle, the computer is broken, so all the stock locations are nowhere to be found. We can't do anything for you, bad timing....we'll keep you posted. In short, look at the impressive difference in ease of use. Thank you for making things smooth and easy. That's the kind of progress we like.

Not yet assembled, but delivery is fast and prices are reasonable.

Until now, I bought my PCM parts in the USA, disappointed by the lack of stock and the prices charged by French dealers. I have to admit that I'm absolutely blown away by my latest experience with DAM Marine. Ordered on Friday evening, packed on Monday, delivered on Tuesday (deep in France) for 2 starters, an alternator and a water pump. BRAVO! Keep up the good work.
