It changed nothing

Product too expensive ineffective too bad

The good reviews are far too good, even misleading, compared to the real effectiveness of the product and the services offered by daphbio. I had to pay additional delivery charges that were not foreseen at the reception. And I had to fight for 1 week with UPS to get my parcel back (it was supposed to be delivered in 48h...). Don't waste your time with Daphbio, they won't do you any good.

He did not arrive

Bought 2x and it didn't completely solve the problem, I always had a good part of the cyano that remained...so disappointed!

Product received without dosing pipette, effectiveness I have a big doubt too ...

I read too quickly the promotion for Halloween I found this one ambiguous and misleading I got fooled it's okay I will order more

It is not worth the expense. Especially the daphnia feeding product is very little and useless

Strangely enough, the anti-cyano bacteria product I received was not as effective as before, when the cyano bacteria disappeared in 4 days. Now, not only does it remain, but it's starting to thrive again.

The anti-cyano product had no effect, even when the protocol was extended longer than expected (my aquarium is only 100L). The other 'bactofresh' bottle seems to have boosted plant growth. Not knowing exactly what's in it, it's hard to say if it's related or just a coincidence. Very disappointed considering the price!

I followed the instructions for multiplication and nothing all. All dead. Hoping the company will do something.

the products are exceptional I give one star because the expiration is too close a product microfauna and meiofauna eggs expired in 14 days and bactoreef and 4 months having a 120 liter aquarium I have to throw it away 350ml also microfaune booster in 4 months

I have already used daphbio microfauna and meiofauna as well as the booster and bacteria and I had had a fantastic restart effect, snails, shells, copepods, etc… this time, unfortunately, I had no effect… nothing! tank recently restarted with three fish and a coral survived, I entered everything as per protocol, turned off lights and skimmers, turned off UVC filter, left only the movement pumps for a day and nothing ... nothing happened 🤷‍♂️ after more than 15 days no new guests not even microscopic.

Extremely expensive product with poor efficiency

3 weeks after inserting the starter kit I have not noticed the growth of any microfauna and meiofauna.... Will I have done something wrong ( even though I followed the protocol) have it been bad luck...???

Too expensive in spite of an acclimatization in the rules of art... My package arrived one day before the weekend, the relay point being exceptionally closed on Monday (I played bad luck???), I could not get my package that 7 days after its arrival, so hecatomb

I used the protocol provided to eliminate cyanobacteria and it had no effect whatsoever, despite following the directions to the letter. I'm sorry but I can't help but give a very negative review (even considering the high cost of the products).

Followed the protocol. Bactoreef works well, it is expensive the bottle but then the eggs of miophauna and microphone there is nothing after 1 month. Despite following the protocol and the kit.

The daphnia and other microfauna culture kit arrived almost a week late and the few daphnia that were still alive when I received my package (after 4pm) died within 48 hours after the kit was put in place, despite the fact that I had poured the entire contents of the phytoplankton bottle upon receipt. I was forced to pay for an express delivery, only to receive none of the benefits of this delivery method. I would have preferred that the store be honest and warn its customers of the randomness of a delivery in Switzerland. I was the one who had to call the customer service twice to finally unblock the situation (as if UPS didn't have my building code even though my phone numbers were written on the package). In short! Very disappointed, because it's a daphnia culture kit but in fact it's better to give everything to the fishes as soon as you receive it, especially when your objective is to feed the fishes.

Great products and more0 than satisfactory result

Aquarium with only rocks and aragonite sand. I was hoping that there would be a change of gear in the maturation but unfortunately nothing has shown up. The tank has not started at all. I remain convinced that unless inoculations are made with live material, the bacteria, eggs, etc. inserted are absolutely not enough. Disappointed

Package arrived late because of lack of ups, a day not decided and that did not suit me because of work, Microfauna arrived dead, 3 weeks later still no sign of life. After contact with the service daphbio by mail, no alternative solution proposed on the contrary they remain camped on their opinion (not their fault blabla........) so result I have to restart a complete seeding protocol with another brand and daphbio it's over for me more than 100 € lost.

Poor delivery.

Upon receipt I followed the protocol available on the site but so far I see no microfauna this develop... 🤔 I am really septic this time on the quality of the bottle received. Concerning the bactoreef it does the job.

For a product at this price I expected better, it did not work, the cyanobacteria is still present and in full form.
