compliant products but problem of delivery scheduled on Friday and received on Tuesday while I was on vacation knowing that these products must remain in the refrigerator

Made 2 orders shipped with the same courier. I had to ask for a refund myself. Quick to respond if I had a question but definitely vague. Not more than 3 stars.

not satisfactory because received after more than a week of transport by -5°c and the flora/fauna was all dead and never resuscitated in the tank... - I received them but no new Daphbio shipment to compensate for this - next time (if there is a next time...) I will not receive the package

I had placed a first order with a microfauna that appeared very quickly. I made a new order recently, it is now 17 days that the microfauna content is in my aquarium and there is no manifestation of life.

Ordered as usual from the zoo and booster This time the smell of the booster was nauseating, sav told me it was normal, I didn't take any risks with my reefers and threw the bottle away. No commercial gesture expected too bad ....

Daphbio make ads for promotions and once ordered the promotion is not there!!! I called the boss of Daphbio and he says that it does not concern the other products!!! So I sent him their promotion as proof and that it is not bad understanding! To this day no more news while I asked him to send the missing. No more news !!! This man is a dishonest! I will delete my account with them!

Hello, despite the seriousness and the reputation of your company, having more than 12 years of experience in freshwater aquariums, I have not seen any noticeable positive effect after 2 weeks of use... to be seen... a little disappointed all the same, especially at the price of these 2 products...

For the moment after 10 days of treatment with all the products recommended to fight against cyano no result. It's a pity that Daphbio doesn't answer my mails.

The product worked the first week with a regression of the algae, but it came back just as fast...

I'm setting up the tank these days so I haven't tried the product yet...one thing I didn't quite understand is that you say shipping is free...then I got an invoice from Fedex for 40 Euro and I didn't understand why if shipping was free what's in it!

I have been using the Mikrofauna-Set, the CoralBooster and the Bactoreef for about 3 weeks. To be honest, I do not see any changes yet.

I bought bactofresh and micro macro life to test in my 60l aquascaping full planted with technical soil so osmosed water remineralized gh+ and injection of co2. Surprise by opening the package there was a 3rd small bottle ... A guppy !!! I may have misread my order that there was a live one as a gift, in which case I would have refused. All this to say: DO NOT OFFER FISH The parameters of my tank are not at all adapted to guppies, one week after the introduction, jump of tank, death, there you go... After the product is perhaps good, to see.

I received my package with quite a delay. Contact remain unanswered with daphbio.

No results, the process supposed to introduce microfauna and meiofauna has completely failed, so the product is useless.

When I last ordered, the micro fauna I received was dead, and a rotten water smell was coming out of it when I opened it.

Not totally effective, some cyanobacteria plates remain alive 3 weeks after the treatment I will have to treat again in a few days I think (with the same product)

Quick delivery of an anti-cyano kit. Despite careful adherence to the dosage, the cyanos continued to develop. No effect on me.

After a few difficulties, everything still worked. I can't say much about the products yet.

not totally convinced although the cyanos have diminished but still half-green/half-brown algae more visible in the evening than in the morning on the sand despite the continuous addition of Bacroreef every morning

The shipping was very speedy. But the communication is poor. You get on messages whether by mail, Facebook etc. you get no response. I have the problem that from the 10 day the nutrients have gone massively high. Here I wanted to know if it is possibly the product. But there is no answer and no help. To the product itself I can otherwise neither positive nor negaitv report. The nutrients I can not say exactly whether it comes from that. Therefore, only one star and at the price you can definitely expect some support. I would rather rely on Polyp Lab in the future.

Since I have been using these products I have lost half my fish and the plants are getting worse and worse.

They don't do what they say

Very good product for the cyanobacteria kit, as well as for the starter kit. But the daphnia and microphauna culture kit did not work, all the daphnia died in less than a week. Yet I followed all the instructions and even watched the videos about it. ( goldfish ext. ) Otherwise the rest is very good.

Opinion: Totally ineffective in my case, dry loss of 150€ Having started this 400L Iwakuni 6 months ago with Daphbio products with efficiency. I turned to their range of products again when a cyano problem appeared in the same tank. The protocol was followed to the letter and even extended by 3 days. After that I was away for 4 days and when I came back, the cyano was totally invaded again. The products arrived in good condition and the tank has stable and correct parameters: KH:2 - GH:7 - NO2:0 - NO3:1- PH:7.1- PO4:0.1 - LED lighting 130w - remineralized osmosed water - biological filtration 30L of pozzolan in the tank 7L in the filter - no chemical filtration

Good product against cyanos to see in time

As for the management of the order I have nothing to say, everything was perfect, only a small misunderstanding about the delivery, not to pay the shipping I had chosen the withdrawal at a physical point, while the courier delivered it at home. Instead, as regards the after-sales service, it leaves a lot to be desired, I sent two emails with different addresses for fear that it would end up in spam but I never got an answer, I wanted some detailed information on how to use the products, but I had to ask around the forum, they may have good products but the after-sales is essential. I don't know if I will buy anymore.

After using the products I had an episode of Dinoflagellates and cyano bacteria. The service from the photos blamed the old rocks but contrary to that they were purchased 5 years ago. I state that the tank is 5 years old and was completely stable. Used reseeding products plus bactoreef. Service was not up to the product, they could tell me it was impossible because it never happened. In fact after about die weeks of using the products the dino and cyano disappeared. Surely my tank mature for years will have restarted a small maturation and then return to stable. To date, on the whole excellent product assistance to review
