Great products best not to receive them in excess heat

Very good products and simple

the products are exceptional I give one star because the expiration is too close a product microfauna and meiofauna eggs expired in 14 days and bactoreef and 4 months having a 120 liter aquarium I have to throw it away 350ml also microfaune booster in 4 months

DPS is simply not ready to deliver DaphBio to Martinique. My parcel was delivered in 1 week, but sat in the Martinique branch's warehouse for another week. Despite daphbio's efforts to leave air and not overload the bottle with daphnia, my daphnia were delivered to me dead... Ordering live daphnia for overseas destinations is always a risk, but I had already ordered from Daphbio when delivery was handled by Chronopost, and my package was delivered in 48 hours, so I didn't have these problems.

6 days of anti cyano . And still here despite following the protocol...

I've finally found a product that, for the moment, seems to be working. My sea water is clear and my phosphates have dropped.

3 weeks after inserting the starter kit I have not noticed the growth of any microfauna and meiofauna.... Will I have done something wrong ( even though I followed the protocol) have it been bad luck...???

The product is not really effective and the price is very high. I do not recommend

Effective and fast

I used the protocol provided to eliminate cyanobacteria and it had no effect whatsoever, despite following the directions to the letter. I'm sorry but I can't help but give a very negative review (even considering the high cost of the products).

Really disappointed ... no live Daphnia ...

Followed the protocol. Bactoreef works well, it is expensive the bottle but then the eggs of miophauna and microphone there is nothing after 1 month. Despite following the protocol and the kit.

Excellent product

The daphnia and other microfauna culture kit arrived almost a week late and the few daphnia that were still alive when I received my package (after 4pm) died within 48 hours after the kit was put in place, despite the fact that I had poured the entire contents of the phytoplankton bottle upon receipt. I was forced to pay for an express delivery, only to receive none of the benefits of this delivery method. I would have preferred that the store be honest and warn its customers of the randomness of a delivery in Switzerland. I was the one who had to call the customer service twice to finally unblock the situation (as if UPS didn't have my building code even though my phone numbers were written on the package). In short! Very disappointed, because it's a daphnia culture kit but in fact it's better to give everything to the fishes as soon as you receive it, especially when your objective is to feed the fishes.

Good products, except that I was badly advised on daphnia unfortunately. Luckily I have a good experience in aquarium keeping and I had doubts about what was advised to me. I called Daphbio again and got a completely different speech. So they have partially made up for the mistakes of the first contact... I remain confident about their professionalism. I think that the problem I encountered is due to the fact that I did not have the right contact person (perhaps a beginner in the company). I will buy from them again

Great products and more0 than satisfactory result

Aquarium with only rocks and aragonite sand. I was hoping that there would be a change of gear in the maturation but unfortunately nothing has shown up. The tank has not started at all. I remain convinced that unless inoculations are made with live material, the bacteria, eggs, etc. inserted are absolutely not enough. Disappointed

Package arrived late because of lack of ups, a day not decided and that did not suit me because of work, Microfauna arrived dead, 3 weeks later still no sign of life. After contact with the service daphbio by mail, no alternative solution proposed on the contrary they remain camped on their opinion (not their fault blabla........) so result I have to restart a complete seeding protocol with another brand and daphbio it's over for me more than 100 € lost.

Very good products especially the anti cyno. Maybe there is not enough microfauna in the sea reseeding kit and live daphnia in the corresponding kit. But all the products are remarkable even if they are very expensive. So I appreciate the specials.

For a product at this price I expected better, it did not work, the cyanobacteria is still present and in full form.

It is undeniable, the products work. However, we regret the lack of transparency on their compositions. Micro Macro Life and Daphgrow Life seem similar. It is finally difficult to notice a difference on their action.

Package received quickly, the next day. Good quality products. Not enough time yet to judge the efficiency (protocol since about 3 weeks), but the aquarium seems to be "looking good" after a cyano attack (only on the sand)! The corals seem to be in better shape. I also noticed that the meiofauna product contained living organisms when it was received!

not satisfactory because received after more than a week of transport by -5°c and the flora/fauna was all dead and never resuscitated in the tank... - I received them but no new Daphbio shipment to compensate for this - next time (if there is a next time...) I will not receive the package
