These products are so good! Very good overall, except for the cyanobacteria kit with bactofresh added, the cyanobacteria are still there and haven't even had a little effect!

Hello, I have a 3m³ pond and after distributing the product, the water is still green and there are no results. After rereading the product description, it states that the cap should be left open to keep the bacteria alive. If the product had been in the bottle for a long time, that's why I have no results. I am disappointed especially since the price is significant.
