I have ordered several times and am more than satisfied with the delivery and the products.

Arrived as expected in a nice chilled envelope, not many appeared alive,but added to my aquarium anyway to see what would survive,48 hrs later nothing all dead. Emailed company hoping for replacement ,but was only offered an 500ml of Daphnia free with next order,what if I never order again ?
