I chose hand delivery, but received no instructions and no meeting point. I had to call customer service again and they redirected me 3 times to different people so that I could make my hand delivery.

Hello, I recently bought for the first time on the Dar Al Iman website, I have received my parcel and it conforms to the product I ordered (abaya russia nidha), however, I have several times been frustrated by the bugs that arrive on the site, unfortunately this tarnishes my customer experience and sometimes make me give up my cart. I wanted the duck blue russia abaya and it wasn't part of the restocking. I would have preferred to have been warned in advance and could have bought it from a reseller in the meantime.
