Very disappointed with customer service, also with the special omra comfort khimar! The elastic is way too wide, it slips and shows the hair, I was uncomfortable all day and it is supposed to be an asset for the omra. I held it all day, the headband is soft but poorly cut. More than a month to receive an abaya order, too hot for summer, yet it is in the summer collection. The linen effect set, on the other hand, is top comfort, light, perfect for this summer. Overall, I am mixed about this brand and their practices.

Very good contact with the service, quality products. A bit disappointed with the thickness of the Russia abaya (included in the Winter collection, while the fabric is very very very light...) Otherwise, perfect cut.

Unfortunately, I found that the article did not quite match the presentation photo that prompted me to make this purchase. To return it, I would have had to do so at my own expense, and unfortunately, I could not afford that.

I had it delivered to Switzerland. It was quick, the downside was the state of the package with several holes and wet.

J’ai retourné tous les articles dans leur emballage d’origine, en parfait état, exactement comme reçus. Pourtant, je n’ai pas été remboursée intégralement : des frais de retour très élevés m’ont été prélevés, presque équivalents au prix d’un des articles ! Je comprends mieux pourquoi on retrouve autant de leurs produits revendus sur Vinted… Franchement, mieux vaut acheter directement sur Vinted : c’est plus économique, et on évite ce genre de mauvaise surprise. Je déconseille cette boutique.

Peace be upon you, honestly the quality is great, I got an abaya and an ultra-long khimar and I am really disappointed with the khimar, it's barely that I can get my head through it, it completely tightens me! Yet the quality is there, the price is good but the hole for the head is not right, it should have been made a bit larger!

The pictures online were misleading for the parma/purple one piece jilbab. I thought I was getting a lovely light purple shade but ended up with such a dark color it was basically brown! Nothing like purple at all and nothing like the pictures used on the shop! I trusted this shop and I liked their colors and designs but it seems like they use filters. Sadly this jilbab doesn't fit me and it's not the light purple that the pictures advertised.

So far, Al hamdu Llilah, we have never had a problem with our customers. We just have to wait until your package is declared lost and then we will find a solution in cha ALLAH. You have accepted our terms and conditions of sale before buying from us which state that we are not responsible for any theft or loss that may occur on the part of the carrier as we have sent your packages. We have contacted Mondial Relay, an investigation is underway, your package is not yet reported lost so we can not make any commercial gesture for the moment because it may be that your package is found and shipped to your home.
