I would not be happy with the products. The pods were dry and I ordered vanilla caviar which was more like vanilla powder than caviar.

For preparations requiring a fatter and softer vanilla, we recommend Madagascar Bourbon vanilla or Uganda Black Ebony vanilla. These pods have a more oily texture, a higher moisture content, and are softer, making it easier to extract the seeds.
Furthermore, regarding vanilla caviar, it is composed solely of vanilla seeds, while vanilla powder is obtained by completely grinding the pod. Vanillin is mainly found in the pod's shell, not just in the seeds, which explains the difference in aromatic strength between caviar and powder.
We are sorry that Lac Victoria vanilla does not fully meet your expectations. As with any vanilla, it is important to choose your pod according to the intended use; do not hesitate to store it in a jar with a bit of rum to regain its softness and develop its volume.

I ordered 100 pods, and 90 have a mediocre size! They are all small and dry! They look like twigs
I have taken note of your review on the Avis Garanti site and I am sorry that you are not entirely satisfied with the Lac Victoria vanilla.
This is a vanilla with powerful aromas, ideal for flavoring your preparations, especially when infused in milk or in desserts.
As indicated on our site, this is a dry vanilla, resulting from its maturity and a long aging process, which allows it to develop its aromas.
To fully enjoy these pods and regain a softer texture, you can place them in a jar with a bit of rum. Within about ten days, they will rehydrate, develop their volume and flexibility, and allow you to use them more easily, getting closer to your expected feeling of a classic vanilla pod.
If you want a fatter and softer vanilla, you can direct your choices towards Madagascar Bourbon vanilla or Uganda Black Ebony vanilla, which have a higher moisture content and a more oily texture, more in line with the image one has of a soft vanilla.
However, we want to assure you that Lac Victoria vanilla remains a very beautiful vanilla, and you will not be disappointed by the strength of its aroma when you use it in infusion or in your preparations.

I received my package with 1 vanilla pod missing in two bags (9 pods instead of 10) after contacting David Vanille, no commercial discount was accepted, I am disappointed with the after-sales service.
Misleading photo showing whole cashews and I received broken cashews
Our product sheet clearly states that these are broken cashews, and that is precisely what we shipped to you.
If you thought you would receive whole cashews, I understand your disappointment, but the description on our site was very explicit on this point.

An item was missing, I was told it's not possible, and another one opened in the package, and I was told it's weird, it's never happened, as if I were a liar. I think I won't order from you again.
I have never received the package
3 bags of 10 vanilla pods were missing and the gift that was supposed to come with the order. We have called customer service at least 4 times who is supposed to get back to us...
Very disappointed by the customer service that refused to compensate me after receiving an incomplete order (delivered without the black peppers). But previous orders had always gone very well. Therefore, I do not recommend this site that is not capable of making a commercial gesture of a few euros since the total of this order was around 27 euros and not all products were missing. I will probably turn to other solutions in the future.

Very good with a lot of aroma
Good products, but angry: supposedly free delivery, paid more than 7 euros, and additional gift if a certain amount is reached, missing from the package, even though checked during the order. I thought small businesses were more rigorous than very large ones, PFFF....Not happy, I called, and even less happy with my phone exchange...Free delivery to a relay point, living in the mountains, the nearest is 15km away, 30 round trip....anyway, not even heard. It's a shame, I feel like I've been cheated...It's sad. Certainly, it's not with my 60 euros of orders per year that I will enrich you, but knowing that my salary is only 500E/month, for me it's huge. Really disappointed, therefore I think this is my last order.
My parcel was not delivered to the indicated relay. I sent several messages to report this problem without any response from customer service
You contacted us yesterday at 8:56 PM only, I stopped working at 8 PM.
My day started at 5 AM where I manage orders and then from 7:30-8 AM the customer service.
In the meantime, I managed emergencies and included you in my morning priorities.

The products other than the shelled peanuts are correct I have not been refunded the total price of the shelled peanuts as they are inedible and infested with worms

Please read the sheets carefully to understand what quality you are purchasing. This is red vanilla, so they are dry.

Hello, I allow myself this negative review because my experience with your products was unfortunately very disappointing. The main disappointment was the quality of the vanilla. Despite the more than positive reviews on your site about your pods, I found myself with particularly dry pods, on the verge of being brittle. The dryness of the pods directly impacts the quality of the product and its aromas. Having already ordered from other suppliers, I was used to receiving fresh and well-oiled pods, unfortunately this was not the case with your products. One pod in one of the packages was even damaged, you can see it in the attached photos. As for the pistachios, they hardly do better than the vanilla, they are soft and lack flavor. Please excuse me for this negative review which may be unpleasant to read, I agree, but given the comments on your products, my expectations that arose from them, as well as the comparisons I can make with products from other competitors, I can only be disappointed by this first experience. I prefer to go back to other suppliers whose product quality has convinced me while remaining reasonably competitive with your prices. Thank you for your understanding and good continuation.

After checking my order, 10 vanilla pods were missing. I contacted customer service, they didn't want to know anything. Supposedly they checked my order via camera and supposedly it was complete but I would like to know how they can verify an order by camera and know that this particular package is mine. Impossible. I sent a photo of my received order and it was indeed incomplete. The sales conditions were not respected. I therefore canceled my account and will order my vanilla pods elsewhere because it is not serious at all. We would like to remind you that the conditions were clearly stated in red and in capital letters: a maximum of 2 items per order. However, you ordered 10 units of one reference and 11 of another.
In a spirit of conciliation, my team exceptionally validated 5 units for each reference. A refund corresponding to the surplus has been made to your credit card.

First order and very disappointed because my order was incomplete, I am missing the 3 packets of vanilla pods, after calling to explain the problem, they did not want to send them to me even though it was paid for.
After a thorough verification of the photos sent during the preparation of your order, as well as the recordings from our cameras (our workshop systematically films all preparations), we confirm that everything was in order.
When we asked you if the package was damaged, you replied that it was not. Therefore, we conclude that your order was correctly received in its entirety.

The downgraded pods are empty pods without aroma, so trash. I am very disappointed with my order.

Big disappointment, order canceled by the boss's decision on the pretext that I should just supply myself at home in Guadeloupe (a narrow market where rare spices are still unavailable). No response to my email asking to at least send me the sansho pepper.
I lived for 5 years in Guadeloupe and let local businesses sell some of my references such as Mamie Christiane in Saint François on rue de la république.
