Very satisfied

No taste for vanilla and yet included in a cake! For the rest, I will see in use.

Dried and brittle vanilla

Negative point on the banded wood. Sold as large pieces.., and in the end I received a bag of crumbs... Not great for making rum. The rest (vanilla and tonka bean) very good

First perfect order. Second order, one product is missing, yet the quantities on the order form are correct and well marked. But I won't see well enough, the packaging and the ten vanilla pods would be between the tissue paper and the cardboard. A mistake is quite possible, but strangely no more response.

A bit disappointed by the vanilla pods (length)

Less fragrant pepper than the ones I buy in my local store. Too bad.

The products are very good, but unfortunately the delivery service is a disaster, especially since the shipping costs are not cheap. The customer service has not followed up with me, I would not recommend as long as it is the same delivery service because there is no solution…

I ordered large quantities of 2 products and everything was delivered in 25g packaging... I find myself with more packaging than products... incomprehensible

The vanilla pods are all dry and small

The pods are extremely dry, I can hardly take anything when I manage to open them without them breaking because they are so dry: the perfect spices

Misleading photos of crushed cashews

Good products but I did not receive the free vanilla pods announced as a gift in my order. A refund of an equivalent amount was made (thank you) but I would have preferred to receive the free vanilla pods.

Missing a product, refund processed but, one product that was essential for me. The vanillas come very dry and for some almost impossible to save. I will not buy here again.

Very happy with my order

I was not at all happy with my vanilla... it was really very dry, very difficult to cut in half to retrieve the pulp. After, I understand that for the price it might be a quality a bit below and that the variety is drier than other varieties. But at that point, it was very complicated, it had little smell nor taste once used. After, I don't blame anything, I can understand that for the price it was a punchy promotion. That I wouldn't have a very good quality vanilla at that price. I suppose the other varieties must be superior in quality, I haven't tried them.

I bought vanilla on sale but I find it quite dry, it should have been specified that it was anti-waste I think. The rest of the order is good! Thank you

There were mushrooms on the downgraded vanillas. I threw them away.

Very disappointed by the quality of the packaging. Given the prices of the products, we expect better packaging quality. This one is not the same as previous orders. Too bad

Certainly the prices are attractive for vanilla pods but the quality is mediocre. I ordered Tahitensis vanilla and received pods as hard as wood and very low in seeds. The other vanilla ordered (Bourbon Gold) is softer, fragrant but lacks flavor. In short, I am very disappointed with the vanilla. On the other hand, the Moroccan mint tea is excellent! In conclusion, for vanilla, there is no secret: if you want quality, you have to pay the price.

I was not satisfied with my last order regarding the Ugandan vanilla whose pods were all dry, I was already told that it was normal, these pods are drier than others from different origins, however I had already ordered this type of vanilla and it was not of this quality. The last ones are really tasteless. Here is my disappointment. The 10 pods as a gift are identical so hardly usable

The xxxl vanilla I received this time is much smaller compared to the last time I ordered. So I feel cheated this time. The taste is okay. But not like last time. I think there has been a mistake

I was very disappointed with the quality of the matcha tea. This is the first time I have been disappointed, yet I have made several orders of various products on the site, but this time I even had to throw it away because it was brown and not light green, did not mix and left deposits. I had to order from a matcha tea specialist. The rest of my order was fine.

I ordered almond powder by 1kg, from the USA, but no scent, tasteless, very disappointed. Different vanillas (powder, downgraded, classic)..very good. Different herbs and blends, spices very good too.

Everything is very good. I am just disappointed with GLS who delivered my package to another relay further away and on top of that I received a rude welcome. If you could resolve this relay change issue without notifying us, thank you.
