The vanilla from Uganda is a very nice discovery, it allowed me to delight my family with crème brûlées, flans, and whipped cream to die for! The same goes for other discoveries, hibiscus flowers, various peppers, etc... I traded my tasteless ground black pepper for a Kampot mill daily, and it changes everything... the best products without breaking the bank.
