New order with, as usual, quality products! Even though this time there was a small packaging problem (a bag of almond powder was open by 1 cm and was therefore thrown away), the after-sales service was effective in refunding the item. It can happen, I will order again because I am satisfied with the products.

Vanilla pods as a gift in my package. I haven't used the dehydrated bear garlic yet, but I plan to add it to a green salad to change from fresh garlic. I tasted the Ceylon cinnamon and it is excellent. The sticks are quite large but especially the bark is thin and very fragrant, which makes the sticks dense. In fact, I love to take small pieces and eat them as is between meals. Finally, all items are extremely well packaged and even the transport box is nicely decorated. Above all, we are informed throughout the tracking and we even receive a photo of the contents of the package. This is the first time such a service has been offered for online sales, or at least on the sites from which I have ordered so far. I will share my vanilla (200 pods) with my family to let them try it, and especially recommend this site to those around me.

The David Vanille site is a very nice discovery at the beginning of the year 2025. I was looking for quality vanilla but without spending a fortune. I ordered from David Vanille, vanilla of course, peppers, cinnamon, various spices and, of course, vanilla. The products are delicious, the prices very interesting and the shipping is fast. What more could you ask for? I really recommend it.

A site that could reconcile you with homemade cooking and atypical dishes: the variety of spices is impressive, the quality is there but with very gentle prices. The delivery is super fast and the package well packaged. The vanilla is really excellent and the stocks (fish, meat, poultry, etc.) are very aromatic.

After checking my order, 10 vanilla pods were missing. I contacted customer service, they didn't want to know anything. Supposedly they checked my order via camera and supposedly it was complete but I would like to know how they can verify an order by camera and know that this particular package is mine. Impossible. I sent a photo of my received order and it was indeed incomplete. The sales conditions were not respected. I therefore canceled my account and will order my vanilla pods elsewhere because it is not serious at all. The least they could do is apologize but the customer service person was aggressive so I no longer wish to help David Vanilla and I do not recommend this site
