Exceptional quality of dried physalis. The long pepper is subtle and fragrant that pairs perfectly with white fish. I recommend these 2 products without hesitation and I plan to order more.

For a long time I was afraid to order... The offer too good to be honest? Well, I tested it... And what a shame not to have tested it before!!! Go for it!

The pods offered by David Vanille are of excellent quality, with very good freshness and an excellent quality-price ratio! The choice of origins and varieties is wide and careful. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts with different recipes, infusion methods, temperatures, durations, and dosages, no aroma or almost none has been obtained so far. This result is quite disappointing, but it's my fault. I persevere. The impeccable quality of the pods is not in question – their freshness and appearance are evident from the handling – proving that everyone has their trade! As for the other products (salts, peppers & spices), they brought beautiful surprises and great discoveries! I highly recommend David Vanille for the quality of its raw materials!
