A site that could reconcile you with homemade cooking and atypical dishes: the variety of spices is impressive, the quality is there but with very gentle prices. The delivery is super fast and the package well packaged. The vanilla is really excellent and the stocks (fish, meat, poultry, etc.) are very aromatic.
Very well designed site. Very good responsiveness, fast delivery. Small negative point: more and more products out of stock or disappeared like the Mexican chili with a smoky taste that I liked a lot.

After checking my order, 10 vanilla pods were missing. I contacted customer service, they didn't want to know anything. Supposedly they checked my order via camera and supposedly it was complete but I would like to know how they can verify an order by camera and know that this particular package is mine. Impossible. I sent a photo of my received order and it was indeed incomplete. The sales conditions were not respected. I therefore canceled my account and will order my vanilla pods elsewhere because it is not serious at all. The least they could do is apologize but the customer service person was aggressive so I no longer wish to help David Vanilla and I do not recommend this site

Great site, the spices are excellent, the peppers (Timut for example) are original and delicious.. I put them in pepper mills and since then we can't do without them! The vanilla: I ordered some downgraded at a price that defies competition, it is just perfect for my everyday creams and flans and I also bought Lac Victoria and Black ebony vanilla that I reserve for my more elaborate desserts. 1 Too much plastic 2 The Ugandan vanilla seems to be several years old, Archie is dry. I think you should put the harvest year so we can better choose the quality without imagining it based on the price. Other than that, I am satisfied with my purchase.

My order took a while to arrive during a period when carriers must be overwhelmed. I was 'worried' and the customer service was very nice on the phone; they checked where my order was and told me not to hesitate to call them back if needed.
Super quality products, especially the freshness of the products is amazing. I made a pastry flan with vanilla caviar + a pod, it's a killer. Also prepared rice with madras curry, so good.
Vanilla in all its forms, in amber rum and in jars like many other spices, herbs. Vanilla in powder and grains as well as the tested herbs of Provence and thyme are already top-notch in terms of aroma! The customer service is as pleasant, friendly, and responsive.
Of course, vanilla in 'fat' pods, in 'declassed', in 'cut' pieces, in powder and grains, spices, herbs, and little curiosities that I still have to test. The 'cuts' immediately soaked in amber rum for cooking, and what a fragrance! What an aroma! The pods, powder, and grains are stored in jars like the rest.

Always very satisfied with the spices, one problem... when I run out and have to go to a supermarket to restock, it's always a big disappointment. It even led my daughter to come buy her spices here, after tasting my coral lentil soup with coconut curry, she made it at home and complained that it was less good. As for the vanillas, they give an exceptional taste to my pastries and desserts. Thank you again for delighting our taste buds. PS: Is there no more smoked Mexican chili? My son was a fan, what a shame.
