Hello, - 2nd order of Madagascar vanilla (1st in 2023, disappointed by the little taste) - took a batch of 10 in 2024 with Muscovado sugar and coconut flower, to try to make homemade vanilla extract. Better, but I would like to know which vanilla pod is the most fragrant, to make this extract? The ones I take are quite thin and not fleshy.... Followed Christelle's tutorial on Youtube, "once upon a time in pastry" Alcohol-free vanilla extract. Thank you for your comments

Hello, very fragrant vanilla, I made a vegan vanilla ice cream with the declassed pods and the spice stands out well. The fruit salads with the powder are top-notch. And then chocolate sorbet / Tonka beans is a treat. Timut pepper is very good in chicken and veal. A truly fragrant and fruity paprika. Very good value for money.
