I didn't know this site at all, I discovered it through a pastry chef I love, and with my sister we made a joint order for vanilla pods. Very good quality spices. I only buy from David since I discovered the site. I have also made some followers who now order from DV. I can no longer find the plancha spices. Too bad. Being a fan of real Mexican cuisine (not ''old el paso'' which is Franco-French), I find that the Mexican spices are not strong enough (lack of chili) and too expensive even if they are very good.
