Not a single item received was in accordance with the order! Product error AND format error (for example: 4 bags of 200g replaced by 32 bags of 25g!, 1 bag of 50g replaced by 5 bags of 10g....)

I had an issue regarding a discount voucher, I was contacted and told that I would be called back because the person had to check with David, but since then, no news, it's not cool for a company that claims to be close to its customers. But well, that's life.

I didn't know this site at all, I discovered it through a pastry chef I love, and with my sister we made a joint order for vanilla pods. Very good quality spices. I only buy from David since I discovered the site. I have also made some followers who now order from DV. I can no longer find the plancha spices. Too bad.
