As usual, spices that you can't find anywhere else

The site is clear and easy to use, the products are of excellent quality, the shipping is fast, the packaging is very good. I like that a photo of the contents is taken before shipping. However, it may not be necessary to send a dozen emails per order (thank you + loyalty points + pre-shipping + shipping + tracking + receipt + your opinion…) that's a lot. ++ TOP SELLER ++

I couldn't enter the referral code and my friend couldn't enter my referral code either. So really disappointed 🙁

No contact with customer service who didn't even get back to me. My referral code didn't work, I was told to wait to order, but the promotions were ending that same evening, so I ordered without my referral code. I sent an email of dissatisfaction and was replied with 'too bad for you' basically... not even a commercial gesture, not even a vanilla pod as compensation or anything. I am very disappointed and now I will order my vanilla elsewhere. Too disappointed with customer service
