I was not satisfied with my last order regarding the Ugandan vanilla whose pods were all dry, I was already told that it was normal, these pods are drier than others from different origins, however I had already ordered this type of vanilla and it was not of this quality. The last ones are really tasteless. Here is my disappointment. The 10 pods as a gift are identical so hardly usable

To be perfectly clear: the Brown Vanilla Lac Victoria from Uganda is naturally dry and less fleshy, as explicitly stated on our site.

Pods sometimes cracked or curved = sign of mature harvest.

Dry texture = normal for this entry-level vanilla.

Aromas fully released only after rehydration.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the matcha tea. However, I was very disappointed with the quality received: extremely dry and brittle pods, requiring rehydration several days before use in pastry... and nothing was announced on the site!

I do not recommend this site, not because of the quality of the products (I do not have enough hindsight on this subject yet), but for two important points: 1. The choice of carrier (DPD): the delivery person did not bother to come to my house, even though I had taken a specific leave to receive the package. He directly dropped the package at a relay point outside my city. From there, David Vanilla unfortunately could no longer intervene. 2. The packaging: when my friend picked up the package, it was barely taped (see photo). All the products could have been lost along the way. Fortunately, he took the time to check on site that nothing was missing.

I bought brown vanilla pods from Uganda, they are good, quite large. However, I regret the site that forces customers to buy a minimum of €29. I needed about twenty pods and had to buy 70 to reach the required amount. This leads to overconsumption. Unacceptable!!!!

Mondial Relay does not offer the option 'wait for the chosen relay point to be available'.
