I do not recommend this site, not because of the quality of the products (I do not have enough hindsight on this subject yet), but for two important points: 1. The choice of carrier (DPD): the delivery person did not bother to come to my house, even though I had taken a specific leave to receive the package. He directly dropped the package at a relay point outside my city. From there, David Vanilla unfortunately could no longer intervene. 2. The packaging: when my friend picked up the package, it was barely taped (see photo). All the products could have been lost along the way. Fortunately, he took the time to check on site that nothing was missing.

I bought brown vanilla pods from Uganda, they are good, quite large. However, I regret the site that forces customers to buy a minimum of €29. I needed about twenty pods and had to buy 70 to reach the required amount. This leads to overconsumption. Unacceptable!!!!

It concerns the essential oils and fats (about 20% of our pods) that have solidified with the cold. This is a sign of excellent quality of our aging. If you pass the heat of a hairdryer or in front of a heat source to these pods, they will melt.
At room temperature, the result will be the same but will take a few hours before disappearing.
In no case is it mold. A 3/5 review is unjustified, especially with free delivery as well. This does not encourage giving gifts and offering delivery. We will surely revise it.
