The quality, the quantity, all your descriptions, your explanations on the best way to keep your treasures without losing quality, and the top bonus is having recipes for each spice. I had heard about tonka bean, but never dared to buy it. I found your site by chance, maybe on Facebook, and I was disappointed by the price and especially the quality of supermarket vanilla. I immediately connected, I ordered right away, and I tested the tonka bean thanks to your explanations, and today I put it everywhere, in egg creams, curry, and to flavor my pineapple rum, I grate it directly to macerate in the bottle of white rum. Extra from start to finish! For several years I have been ordering vanilla in bulk, and in hindsight, I can say that it keeps very well, well beyond the recommended date. You just have to rehydrate it and it regains its flavors and is definitely worth as much as the fresh ones bought in stores at a minimum of 2€ per pod, and on top of that, we know where it comes from, with the story of a passionate person behind it. With the sales, I got 600g of pods and 200g in powder for less than 55€, and also 100g of Himalayan salt as a gift. Honestly, hard to do better. I recommend it with my eyes closed.
