The combava is very good. However, the powdered lemongrass has no taste and no scent.

I have ordered several times from "David Vanille"; the products are always of good quality, even if they are classified as second grade.
Top-notch packaging, good products (for what I've tasted), the order tracking is perfect, with photos detailing the contents, which avoids any confusion. Now if the post had been able to deliver it on time without pretending an unforeseen event out of nowhere that would have been better, but David Vanille is not to blame for that. I will order again very quickly given the service.

I am disappointed with customer service, I have contacted you several times regarding my vanilla pods that are moldy even though the bag has never been opened, the response is always the same can you read the label and usage advice please I am attaching a photo I may get a response I specify that I bought 2 times 10 pods and that only 1 bag is moldy.
