Hello, During my last order, I received a bag where all the vanilla pods were moldy. I reported it, but no response since. I am a bit disappointed not to have had a response from you. I am considering not placing new orders with you.
On the December order, it is clearly stated on the package to "take the pods out of the sachet and put them in a base of alcohol". It was about fresh vanilla from the last harvest and it is essential to follow this advice to preserve them.

I unfortunately have to give these 2 stars, nothing to say about the site for the perfect order, however I never received my package, it was in transit through France to arrive in Belgium to be sent back to the sender without passing by my place...
