Order of Vanilla and spices: Top products and fast shipping as usual. Big disappointment with customer service ... On my order, I ordered 200 pods of Brown Ugandan Vanilla "Lac Victoria" M (20 packs of 10 pods). As usual, I receive an email with photos of my prepared order. Only upon receipt do we notice with my partner that one pack of 10 pods is missing. I sent an email to customer service who has still not responded to me to this day regarding this missing product.
We have just checked the photo and the shipping cameras and we can clearly see the 20 packs of 10 pods of lac victoria, the 3 packs of 10 pods of black ebony and the fourth free pack.

Forget the promotional gift, and responds that I ordered too early, that the promo started on the 25th while Justin Cooking had the promo on the 24th. She even seemed surprised by this off-topic response... Anyway... the vanilla is beautiful but the seller doesn't care about complaints.
I didn't like the vanilla pods.
The vanilla is good and not too expensive. However, the pistachios are very average for the price, they are a bit soft as if they had absorbed moisture.
Very good product. Fast shipping. It is however very unfortunate that we cannot order what we want without a minimum order amount!...

I ordered 100g of green tea and received 4 sachets of 25g in plastic!! It didn't smell good at all and too much plastic packaging - I won't order again.
On the product sheet, in the packaging, it is clearly stated 100g = 4 x 25g.
I personally find the Genmaicha magnificent, especially this last harvest and production.
No need to argue in the face of your negativity, I do not wish to waste time.

Spices of good quality. However, customer service does not bother to respond to emails sent. The packaging for some items is not suitable, for example, 10 small packets of 20g for an order of 200g.
Used to Tahitian vanilla, this one is well below in quality.

Hello, I received my order with pleasure that I ordered from 'David Vanille'. However, I think there was a mistake, because the delivery note (attached) states 'V120 pods of Black Ebony vanilla' twice, but I only received one bag, although I remember ordering two after the change. Moreover, I received two 'Rosemary' bags that I don't remember ordering because I already have plenty at home and I have fresh ones in a pot on the balcony. I would lean towards a computer error regarding the actual choice of the cart and its editing after correction by adding or removing products. Best regards.

A bit disappointed with my last order because usually my spices are in resealable bags and here in simple sealed bags and I sent a remark to customer service without response so a bit disappointed................

Very disappointed with the black ebony vanilla, nothing to do with the photos on your site and the publicity that JustinCooking does on his channel, the pods were not black or fleshy or shiny, they were flat and dry with not many seeds inside and the chopped dates had no taste
Have ordered from them often. I found that the quality of the vanilla and the packaging of the spices had declined. For example, the small resealable hermetic bags that are very convenient have been replaced by thermoset packaging of much lower quality. Too bad... And also the Qatar is good, but way too expensive for the quantity - I didn't realize it would be so little with the weight of sesame...

Very good products, I am satisfied. However, I took advantage of an offer on vanilla beans that have little (or no) taste, it's a product mainly for visual appeal but the description was not clear, rather ambiguous, I am disappointed, I wouldn't have ordered it or not as much if the product had been well described. It's a shame because I was satisfied with previous orders and am now a bit wary...

Original products, good quality. Fast delivery and careful packaging. Only downside, this way of continuously offering different promotions is frustrating. The day after my order, there was a 20% discount on the entire site. I always feel a bit like I bought too expensively and at the wrong time.
The spices smell good! And taste good for those we have opened. However, we do not see the composition of the products (for example, for dried and candied fruits, we do not see the ingredient sugar). Moreover, some product titles are not explicit enough (for example: dried strawberries lack the information in the title that they are also candied).
I regularly order vanilla as I am a passionate pastry chef. I often test different suppliers and I came across Davie Vanilla. I ordered various products pods, extract, and powder and I am quite disappointed. little aroma comes out of the products. Maybe I got a bad batch?! Over 70€ of products.. I will not reorder.
A few problems
One of the products was poorly packaged and the product leaked in the package... a bit disappointing. Prices are starting to get very expensive.
DHL informs merchants that unpaid commercial invoices prevent the shipment of goods. The store did not respond, so I provided the documents myself and the goods took a month to arrive.
