Great choice of vanillas from different origins, and on the site, great advice provided for the preservation of this vanilla. As for the peppers, when you love this spice, you are delighted by the choice offered. Its use is subtle, you shouldn't be heavy-handed, but it brings many different flavors depending on the dishes and the pepper used. Great....
