Package declared as delivered by the company but nothing received! The seller also refuses responsibility! If all small sellers have this type of after-sales service, it's not hard to see the majority of customers turning to platforms like Amazon!!!

A lot of quality choices and top prices
We want to buy everything! After a difficult choice, I received my order quickly, even though I ordered just a few days before Christmas. Well packaged, a few gifts, everything was perfect upon receipt of the package. Keep it up!
Second order and beautiful disappointment. Nothing to say about the products. However, I was charged for shipping fees even though I had intentionally exceeded the minimum. And the gift (given the amount of the order) that was supposed to be saffron turned out to be wood band. Very disappointed.. I had indicated that I was being charged shipping fees but no response. Too bad.
Your product total (excluding promotion) was €64.29 and €6.90 for shipping fees.
Therefore, the saffron was not offered because the total was not €69, nor the shipping fees.
