Very good follow-up, well-packaged parcel

I placed an order of €132 at David Vanille. Upon receipt, 50 vanilla pods were missing. This is a very uncomfortable situation because I have no proof of this absence other than my sincerity. I immediately wrote to DavidVanille to report the problem. I reproduce verbatim their final response: 'Hello, Impossible because of internal videos and photos. We cannot change the mindset of fraudulent customers.' I do not dispute the fact that at the time of the video and internal photos, the vanilla was indeed present. This does not prove that it was still there at the time of the package closure. And in any case, it was not present in the package upon arrival. So, not only did I not receive the paid vanilla, but I am also insulted. This insinuation of being a fraudulent customer is deeply insulting and has really hurt me. I will certainly not forget this affront, which is all the more regrettable because the delivered products are of good quality.

Very little to say about the service: fast, efficient. Only downside: not specifying the reason for the promotion on the beans.

I am delighted with my order placed on DavidVanille, shipped very quickly, signed package, I would order again without hesitation on this site.
