I recently discovered the site, the products are magical, fragrant, and of great quality. You can find several varieties of curry, vanilla, sugar.... Thanks to David Vanilla, I discovered new flavors, it's extraordinary and gives plenty of ideas for cooking. I also tried some recipes from the site, they are really great and I recommend them, such as American shrimp, fish curry, chicken with coconut curry, scallops with vanilla, and Tonka bean cookies,... it's extraordinary and I want more. Perfect for delivery and navigation on the site, nothing to complain about. However, a ZERO POINT for the products!!!! the pods are not pods but pieces of dry wood. I just opened one and tasted it, it's sand without flavor, that crunches under the teeth!! I am really disappointed! I was hoping to make a good rice pudding!!!! I expected wide and fleshy pods, a bit like the 'gold'... and well thick for the gold! How can such bad products be exported?!

I could have given a 'very good' if the delivery hadn't taken forever due to La Poste sending the package to the wrong destination. It's a shame to pay for fast delivery that ultimately took more than a week to reach me.

I am unfortunately very disappointed with the quality of the vanilla pods: - which are very dry and must therefore be soaked in hot water to be split in two, - which are very small in width, forcing the use of a whole pod when usually half is enough, - which are very little fragrant, - the product is not worth more than the amount charged. In summary, the experience was not conclusive.

Hello. During my order, I left a message asking if you could package the vanilla pods, which I bought by 50, in lots of 10, as it was for a gift. It was not done, but in addition, I did not receive a message regarding the reason. I then sent you an email but received no response either, sniff sniff.

Navigation on the site is very simple and intuitive and there are many details about the different products. I am a bit disappointed with my order received at the end of June for not having received the spice sachet as a gift which was valid until the 30th, otherwise always well packaged but a bit longer than usual in terms of deadlines.
