1st order and totally satisfied. I was surprised to receive a SMS before shipping with a photo of the products. Unusual and inspiring confidence. A PayPal option would be welcome.
Despite the issues with the previous order where the vanilla pods had molded after a while perhaps due to poor storage, I placed another order and put the pods in an airtight jar with a bit of alcohol following the advice from the David vanilla site for good preservation. With my first orders, I had not had any problems. I met David a few years ago at the markets in Guadeloupe, he is really a specialist in vanilla and spices.

A wide choice and quality
I bought Iranian saffron and different peppers. I am very satisfied with the quality of the products, from the spices to the intoxicating scents, careful packaging, quick order processing, a little SMS with a photo of the products sent (very nice). I recommend and have already recommended this site to my acquaintances.
Delivery arrived quickly. Products carefully packaged.
Package received very quickly. On this point, nothing to complain about. However, I ordered 20 Ugandan vanilla pods + 20 free. Only 10 pods out of the 40 are plump. The other 30 are ultra dry and either completely flat or very thin. I don't know how I'm going to manage to split them. I am very disappointed. I thought I was getting a good deal but that's far from the case. I feel like they are taking advantage of this offer to sell the unsellable. I sent them an email upon receiving the package but still no news. I am really disappointed because I relied on reviews, some said it was quality and others that they were dry and well I should have avoided. I am even more disappointed by their silence which I find unprofessional.
Back from my trip, here is my response:
We have checked the photos of the vanilla pods sent, everything is in order. The pods are beautiful and from the same batch as our other positive comments.
Our promotions are not aimed at liquidating stock, simply acquiring new customers.

Exceptional quality of spices, especially vanilla, very interesting prices and speed in shipping
Pleasantly surprised by the very careful delivery and the packaging. I haven't tested my purchases yet. I just opened the vanilla package and it smells very good. Can't wait to bake to test it :p. And as a bonus, a small gift. A tote bag with the brand's logo that I will be happy to use.
