While talking with the baker-pastry chef of our village, I was able to smell the Timut pepper sachet from which he had ground a few grains to flavor one of the cakes I bought the day before. And since I love cooking and baking, I bought a few types of peppers and a sachet of vanilla pods. As my purchase is very recent, I can only speak about the Timut.

Complete delivery but the package arrived damaged and ripped.. It would be necessary to put padding inside to avoid this issue. Good quality spices, but I regret that the catalog only offers different choices during a certain period
I will try to find a solution. A new packaging is being studied for smaller orders. The catalog follows the spice harvests and imports. The tight flow is currently necessary due to low cash flow.

Quite reassuring, and very customer-oriented! Overall, the products (purchased by weight) are delivered in individual, sealed, and resealable bags, with descriptive labels (description, weight, origin, duo). I loved it!
