I really appreciate the customer follow-up. We receive a text message on the day of the order shipment with a photo and a nice little message. Quick and careful shipping. As a gift, I received a nice tote bag, but I would have preferred a few small spice samples to get an idea of their quality... for a potential order. For 200 grams of pepper, I received 4 bags of 25 grams, surely due to stock management during my order, I hope so because otherwise not very eco-friendly.
