I took 2 types of vanilla, Tonka beans, and paprika. This is my very first order and I love it! Finally some good vanilla, fleshy and fragrant! Everything was perfectly packaged and I also received a photo beforehand of the contents of my order box. The delivery was fast. However, I would also like to find Hungarian paprika (like when I used to go to my grandmother's 🙂 )

I am very satisfied with the fast service and the quality of the products. However, the offer of 'free vanilla pods as a gift' is very disappointing... the vanilla is of poor quality and very dry! (unusable). Beware! A gift is a gift... not a clearance of expired products!
It is written on the received gift that it is downgraded vanilla as stated on the label. The expiration date is far from being exceeded. A dry vanilla is not an expired or poor quality vanilla; it represents 90% of international purchases for our industry clients, perfumers, and flavorists.

Very happy with the products, fast delivery. The only downside is the packaging... I ordered pepper and vanilla, I only received small bags (at least 30 or 40 small bags...!) whereas for these products, different sizes are offered (25, 50, 100, 250).

Nothing to say regarding the order process or the quality of the products. But, for the second time in a row, the package was not delivered to the agreed location! Mondial Relay does not offer the option 'wait for the chosen relay point to be available'. Summary of the operation: order placed on June 6, delivered on the 17th, which made me lose an hour and six euros in public transport! I fear this was my last order with David Vanille.
