The global relay delivery was really terrible, change of relay point at the last moment without recourse, no receipt of the withdrawal code and customer service unreachable (more than 4 days and countless calls ending up with AI). Upon receipt, the vanilla is still rather dry, I haven't tasted everything but I'm less happy...

I was disappointed this time because the vanilla I ordered was really very very dry, like little sticks of wood. I sent a message to customer service who replied that it's normal, this vanilla is always like that, dry. However, this is not the first time I've bought it and it has never been dry. Anyway, everything else in the order is perfect.
