Being very satisfied with David Vanille products, I recently placed an order but unfortunately my package was delivered to a relay that has been closed until further notice. After my unsuccessful attempts to retrieve it, I contacted David Vanille's customer service and I spoke to a really nice person who immediately resolved my issue: the package was on its way back to the sender. As she told me, David Vanille immediately reshipped my package via the Post and I received it 3 days later. I thank this person again for her welcome and responsiveness!! This is a site I mainly recommend for high-quality products.

Everything is very good. I am just disappointed with GLS who delivered my package to another relay further away and on top of that I received a rude welcome. If you could resolve this relay change issue without notifying us, thank you.

My parcel was not delivered to the indicated relay. I sent several messages to report this problem without any response from customer service
You contacted us yesterday at 8:56 PM only, I stopped working at 8 PM.
My day started at 5 AM where I manage orders and then from 7:30-8 AM the customer service.
In the meantime, I managed emergencies and included you in my morning priorities.
The parcel is reported delivered by the relay. My team will contact our carrier to get back to you.
