I am more than delighted with my order at DavidVanille! The spices are top-notch... The vanilla pods are exceptional! Plus, now I know how to store them for a long time... I just had a small issue with the delivery service, GLS! Help, really pathetic, it's a shame you have to work with them... In any case, 5 stars to your customer service! I dealt with an extraordinary person, Nadine I believe, who did what was necessary to help me find my package.... Bravo to you, I will order again without hesitation, but this time with Mondial Relay.

I ordered Timut pepper from Nepal, a grapefruit yuzu pepper, my grandchildren have adopted it in all my dishes, if you don't know it, sincerely go for it, you won't be disappointed. Unfortunately, the reception at Mondial Relay failed, nothing in my locker. Thanks to Nadine's kindness, I was refunded, I am sorry for David Vanille who has to endure this kind of fraudulent act from unscrupulous people stealing packages at Mondial Relay or lockers. My next order will be made to a postal address, and for more security, I advise you to do the same. Thank you to Nadine for her kindness and understanding and the refund that allows me to place another order. This site is really honest and their pepper is of very good quality. Ergonomic and very correct
Receive the tea in a single bag corresponding to the order. For example, for a 100g order, one 100g bag avoids waste of packaging and takes up less space for storage.

Hello, I allow myself this negative review because my experience with your products was unfortunately very disappointing. The main disappointment was the quality of the vanilla. Despite the more than positive reviews on your site about your pods, I found myself with particularly dry pods, on the verge of being brittle. The dryness of the pods directly impacts the quality of the product and its aromas. Having already ordered from other suppliers, I was used to receiving fresh and well-oiled pods, unfortunately this was not the case with your products. One pod in one of the packages was even damaged, you can see it in the attached photos. As for the pistachios, they hardly do better than the vanilla, they are soft and lack flavor. Please excuse me for this negative review which may be unpleasant to read, I agree, but given the comments on your products, my expectations that arose from them, as well as the comparisons I can make with products from other competitors, I can only be disappointed by this first experience. I prefer to go back to other suppliers whose product quality has convinced me while remaining reasonably competitive with your prices. Thank you for your understanding and good continuation.

Perfect, as every time. For the vanillas, I recommend the downgraded ones for everyday pastries, homemade yogurts, making your own extract and your own vanilla sugar... The others are of exceptional quality, I keep them for my elixirs! The peppers are excellent, do not hesitate to test them, you will find gems. The spice blends are also interesting, but I prefer raw spices, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, etc. In short, I love ordering from David Vanille for the diversity and quality of its products, I also sometimes make original gift baskets for Christmas or birthdays.
